At The Jawai Leopard Safari, we aim to deliver a memorable and safe experience amidst the wild beauty of Jawai. However, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is transparent and guest-friendly.
1. Reservation Cancellation
- 30 Days Before Arrival: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
- 5–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 Days: No refund, though rescheduling is possible based on availability.
- If We Cancel: A full refund or alternate date will be offered.
2. Safari Cancellations
- Due to Weather: Partial safari refund or rescheduling offered.
- Guest-Initiated Cancellations (24 hrs): Non-refundable.
- Less than 15 Days: No refund, though rescheduling is possible based on availability.
- If We Cancel: A full refund or alternate date will be offered.
3. Early Departures & No-Show
No refunds for early checkouts or no-shows without prior notice.
4. Special Cases
Medical emergencies or government-imposed travel restrictions will be considered for rescheduling or refunds upon request with proper documentation.
5. Refund Request Process
