At The Jawai Leopard Safari, we aim to deliver a memorable and safe experience amidst the wild beauty of Jawai. However, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is transparent and guest-friendly.

1. Reservation Cancellation

30 Days Before Arrival: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
5–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund.
Less than 15 Days: No refund, though rescheduling is possible based on availability.
If We Cancel: A full refund or alternate date will be offered.

2. Safari Cancellations

Due to Weather: Partial safari refund or rescheduling offered.
Guest-Initiated Cancellations (24 hrs): Non-refundable.
Less than 15 Days: No refund, though rescheduling is possible based on availability.
If We Cancel: A full refund or alternate date will be offered.

3. Early Departures & No-Show

No refunds for early checkouts or no-shows without prior notice.

4. Special Cases

Medical emergencies or government-imposed travel restrictions will be considered for rescheduling or refunds upon request with proper documentation.

5. Refund Request Process

Call us at +91 88904 46767 with booking details. Refunds are processed in 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
