• Confirmed upon deposit/payment.
• Balance due at check-in.
• Cancellations as per the refund policy.

2. Safari Terms

• Guided safaris are subject to weather and wildlife conditions.
• Wildlife sightings aren't guaranteed.
• Follow guide instructions at all times.

3. Accommodation

• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charges.

4. Health & Safety

• Inform us of any health conditions requiring special attention.
• Travel insurance is recommended.

5. Liability

• Activities are at the guest's own risk.
• Not responsible for injury, property loss, or natural calamities.

6. Guest Conduct

• Respect nature, wildlife, and staff.
• Misconduct may result in expulsion without refund.
